New Condo!I had the best time looking at homes with Genie... she took me to all of the places that I had found myself on the web. She helped me stay away from TWO potentiall bad deals and ultimately I found the perfect condo in a beautiful neighborhood... Selling our home!Genie swooped in, her husband took all of the gorgeous pictures, she created her inside and outside brochures quickly and accurately, AND she got it sold in under a week! WOW! New to Denver...Genie guided us through the very scary process of relocating to a totally new state! She sent us a packet of information and our very own map before we even arrived. She asked us lots of questions to help us determine what part of the Denver Metro area we looked in. She drove us through neighborhoods so we could guage where we felt comfortable and she ended up finding us a beautiful home that suites our family perfectly... Knowledgable...Genie has had a lot of training and education. Her knowledge of the mortgage market really helped us figure out what sort of financing we should consider and she referred us to an awesome Mortgage Broker.
